Health Insurance & Fees

Do you take my health insurance?

I am not an in-network provider with any specific insurance companies at this time, so I do not bill any insurance companies directly. You may submit claims to your insurance for reimbursement, although you will need to confirm out-of-network coverage eligibility.

How much does counseling cost?

$80 for a 55-minute individual counseling session.

How and when do I pay?

Payment is due at the time of the session, either by cash, check, or Venmo.

Do you offer a "sliding scale"?

Yes. I believe everyone should have access to quality counseling services. If you'd like to come to counseling and cannot afford my full fee, I am happy to discuss other options with you. I offer a limited number of reduced rate appointments for individuals experiencing financial difficulty.

Are you currently taking on new clients?

I worried a lot. Will the garden grow, will the rivers

flow in the right direction, will the earth turn

as it was taught, and if not how shall

I correct it?

Was I right, was I wrong, will I be forgiven,

can I do better?

Will I ever be able to sing, even the sparrows

can do it and I am, well,

Is my eyesight fading or am I just imagining it,

am I going to get rheumatism,

lockjaw, dementia?

Finally I saw that worrying had come to nothing.

And gave it up. And took my old body

and went out into the morning,

and sang.
